Just one kilometre away from four sandy beaches on the peninsula of FOURAS, famous sea resort since 1850, on the Atlantic coast between two famous French ports - Rochefort and La Rochelle.

The villa, all on one level, is a perfect base for families with small children or ideal for a large group of adults, who wish privacy and security.
Front and back patios offer choices for outdoor eating, in either the shade or sunshine.

Views from every window and French doors, allow panels of greenery.
La Cheneraie is exceptionally well positioned in view of the many attractions offered in the Charente Maritime coastline.

La Rochelle being only 15 minutes drive away from the convenient dual carriageway in Fouras.

A close by supermarket and bakery (a 3 minutes’ drive) will allow you to do a full daily shopping if you do not desire going to the town centre.

Yet if you like the busy life of the town centre, Fouras has everything for your heart's desire. Daily vegetable and fish markets, endless fashion shops, chemists, bakeries, butchers etc… We have a lovely casino and numerous restaurants, all along our different beaches.

Tennis, golf, sailing, wind surfing are examples of the many sports which can be practised in Fouras.
